Took ownership of the studio's entire 3D department, directing two major strategic pivots — from pre-rendered to real-time immersive work, then from real-time to UGC and games. Led a team of 10+ FTE plus freelancers across concurrent projects ranging from £50k to £2M, working across Waterfall, Agile, and Pod methodologies for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Burberry, Shell, and Meta.
Progressed to Lead, taking on responsibility for guiding junior artists and maintaining quality across a growing slate of projects. Balanced hands-on production work with the first steps into team coordination and technical direction.
