Stepped into a Partner role directing the studio's CG output at the highest level, continuing to lead technical and creative strategy across real-time, immersive, and games-adjacent production. Designed and piloted a human-in-the-loop AI-assisted 3D pipeline for a live client project, pushing the studio's production process forward through hands-on technical innovation.

Took ownership of the studio's entire 3D department, directing two major strategic pivots — from pre-rendered to real-time immersive work, then from real-time to UGC and games. Led a team of 10+ FTE plus freelancers across concurrent projects ranging from £50k to £2M, working across Waterfall, Agile, and Pod methodologies for clients including Jaguar Land Rover, Burberry, Shell, and Meta.
